Did I Tell You About the Time I Went Backpacking in Western Europe?

By Michael Ferguson

I had always wanted to go backpacking in Western Europe and when I finally had the opportunity to do so, I was ecstatic. I packed my bag and set off with a few friends for an unforgettable journey.

We started our adventure in Paris, the city of love, where we soaked in the sights and sounds of the city. From there, we went to Barcelona, Madrid, Amsterdam and Rome. Everywhere we went, we were amazed by the beauty of these cities and their unique cultures.

We enjoyed many local delicacies and explored a variety of attractions including museums, galleries, churches and markets. In Amsterdam we took a canal cruise; in Madrid we visited the Prado Museum; in Rome we toured the Colosseum; in Barcelona we visited Park Guell; and in Paris we climbed up to the top of the Eiffel Tower!

The best part of our trip was meeting new people along the way. We made friendships that will last a lifetime!

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Everywhere we went, people were happy to help us out with directions or just give us some tips about their city.

The experience was truly amazing and something I will always remember fondly. It’s not often that you get to travel all around Europe with your closest friends experiencing different cultures first hand!

Did I tell you about the time I went backpacking in Western Europe? Yes, it was an amazing experience filled with adventure and lasting memories.
