It measures 362 meters (1,188 feet) in length and 66 meters (217 feet) in width, and has a gross tonnage of 226,963 GT. It was built by STX France at their shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France and was delivered in May 2016.

Harmony of the Seas has a total of 18 decks and can accommodate up to 6,680 guests. There are 2,747 staterooms which are spread across 8 categories.
