What Is Not Allowed on a Carnival Cruise Ship?

Carnival cruise ships are a popular vacation option for many, due to the wide range of activities and amenities they offer. However, it’s important to be aware of the rules that each cruise line has in place, to ensure your trip is as safe and enjoyable as possible. While some of these policies may seem strict, they ensure that everyone has a good time while on board.

One of the most important things to be aware of when going on a Carnival cruise is what is not allowed on board. Passengers are prohibited from bringing any type of firearms or other weapons, including knives and pepper spray.

Illegal drugs are also not allowed on the ship. Any items that could be considered dangerous or hazardous are strictly prohibited.

In addition to this, Carnival also prohibits pets from being brought onto its ships. There are exceptions for service animals, but otherwise no pets are allowed on board.

Alcohol is also not allowed to be brought onto the ship by passengers; however, alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the onboard bars and restaurants. Passengers under 21 years old must present valid identification when purchasing or consuming alcohol.
