What Is the Easiest Way to Get to Disneyland Paris?

By Anna Duncan

If you’re planning a trip to Disneyland Paris, one of the first things you need to figure out is how to get there. Luckily, there are several easy ways to get to the park no matter where you’re coming from. Here are some of the most popular options:

By Plane

If you’re coming from outside of Europe, flying is likely going to be your best option. Disneyland Paris is located just 20 miles east of Paris, so your best bet is to fly into Charles de Gaulle Airport or Orly Airport. Both airports have regular shuttle buses that will take you directly to the park.

Charles de Gaulle Airport

From Charles de Gaulle, the Magical Shuttle bus service operates several daily departures from all airport terminals straight to Disneyland Paris. The journey time is around 45 minutes and will cost approximately €23 for adults and €10 for children under 12.

Orly Airport

If you’re flying into Orly, there’s a direct train called Orlyval that takes you from the airport to Antony station where you can then catch a train on RER B line towards Mitry-Claye or Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 – TGV stations until getting off at Chatelet Les Halles station where you can change onto RER A line towards Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy station which is located next door to Disneyland Paris. Total journey time should be around an hour and cost approximately €21 for adults and €10 for children under 12.

By Train

If you’re already in Europe or coming from within France, taking a train might be your easiest option. You can take a Eurostar train directly from London St Pancras International or Ashford International in the UK to Marne-la-Vallée station, which is just a two-minute walk from Disneyland Paris. From other parts of France, you can catch a train to either Marne-la-Vallée station or the nearby Chessy station.

By Car

If you’re driving to Disneyland Paris, it’s located just off the A4 motorway. There are plenty of signs directing you towards the park, so it’s difficult to get lost. If you’re using a GPS device, enter “Boulevard du Parc, 77700 Coupvray” as your destination and follow the directions.

By Shuttle Bus

If you’re staying at one of Disneyland Paris’ many partner hotels or other hotels in the area, there’s likely a shuttle bus that will take you directly to the park. Check with your hotel for details and pricing.

In Conclusion

No matter how you choose to get there, getting to Disneyland Paris is relatively easy and straightforward. Whether you’re flying in from overseas or taking a train from within Europe, there are plenty of options available that will get you there quickly and easily.
