The world’s biggest cruise ship is the Symphony of the Seas. Owned by Royal Caribbean International, it was delivered in April 2018 and is part of the Oasis class of ships. It measures 228,081 gross tons and has a maximum capacity of 6,680 passengers and crew.

The Symphony of the Seas is an impressive 1,188 feet in length, 215 feet wide and has 18 decks. It’s equipped with 22 dining venues including specialty restaurants such as Jamie’s Italian, Sabor Modern Mexican and Izumi Japanese Cuisine. Passengers can also enjoy a range of activities from surfing to laser tag, rock climbing to miniature golf.

The Symphony has 2,775 staterooms ranging from interior to balcony rooms as well as family suites that can accommodate up to eight guests. The ship also boasts the Ultimate Family Suite which includes two master bedrooms, a slide from the top deck into a living room area with air hockey table and 3D movie theater, plus two bathrooms with whirlpool tubs.

The ship also features a variety of entertainment options such as a casino, nightclubs, bars and lounges where passengers can enjoy live music and shows. The AquaTheater onboard offers spectacular high-diving performances while the Solarium pool area provides an adults-only oasis for relaxation.
