By Robert Palmer

The Carnival Fantasy Cruise Ship has been around since 1990 and is one of the oldest ships in the Carnival Cruise Line fleet. The ship is over 855 feet long and has a capacity of just over 2,000 passengers and 920 crew members. It also offers a variety of onboard amenities such as a full-service casino, multiple restaurants, shopping boutiques, multiple swimming pools, and various entertainment venues.

The Carnival Fantasy is currently on its way to the Caribbean. It will be making stops at various ports along the way including Key West, Florida; Montego Bay, Jamaica; Nassau, Bahamas; Grand Turk; Ocho Rios, Jamaica; and Cozumel, Mexico. The ship is expected to return to its homeport in Mobile Alabama in June after completing its Caribbean cruise.

The Carnival Fantasy was recently upgraded with several new features such as a splash park for kids on the Lido deck; an expanded spa with saunas, steam rooms and massage therapy services; and two new eateries: Guy’s Burger Joint and BlueIguana Cantina. Additional features include an outdoor movie theater on the pool deck for night time movies.

The Carnival Fantasy also offers plenty of activities for guests during their vacation. These activities include trivia contests, karaoke nights, live music performances from top bands and DJs as well as art classes conducted by professional artists. There are also programs designed specifically for children such as arts & crafts sessions and interactive game shows.

The Carnival Fantasy was built with comfort in mind so guests can expect spacious cabins equipped with modern amenities such as flat screen TVs and wireless Internet access. Guests can also take advantage of other services such as 24-hour room service or head to one of the many bars and lounges onboard for a drink after a day spent exploring ports of call.

Conclusion: The Carnival Fantasy Cruise Ship is currently sailing towards the Caribbean for an unforgettable vacation experience with plenty of activities on board for all ages. After completing its journey through the Caribbean it will return to its homeport in Mobile Alabama in June 2021.
