In March 2020, the Celebrity Summit was scheduled to embark on an 11-night Caribbean cruise from Fort Lauderdale to St Maarten but was forced to cancel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then it has been docked at Port Everglades waiting for the restrictions to be lifted so that it can set sail again.

Currently, the Celebrity Summit cruise ship is docked at Port Everglades in Florida awaiting the lifting of restrictions so that it can begin sailing again. Until then it will remain there providing an exciting glimpse into what awaits travelers once they are able to set sail on this luxurious vessel.
