Where Is the Epic Cruise Ship Today?

The Epic Cruise Ship was a sight to behold when it was unveiled in 2010. Constructed by Norwegian Cruise Line, the vessel was the largest cruise ship ever built at the time, and it still holds the title today. The ship is almost 1,200 feet long and nearly 200 feet wide, making it a virtual floating city.

At first glance, you can see why this cruise ship is so special. The Epic features 16 decks, with each deck offering something different. There are plenty of guest rooms and suites, ranging from basic inside cabins to luxurious spa suites. There’s an array of dining options available, including specialty restaurants and buffets. Plus, there are plenty of activities to keep passengers entertained while on board.

From a sprawling spa and fitness center to multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, there’s something for everyone aboard the Epic.

The cruise ship also offers plenty of entertainment options that can be enjoyed day or night. There’s an onboard casino as well as an ice bar and a three-story theater that shows movies throughout the day and live shows at night. And for those looking for a bit more adventure on their vacation, there’s even a rock climbing wall and zip line!

The Epic has been all around the world since its launch in 2010 — from Europe to South America to the Caribbean — but its current location is unknown. It’s believed that the ship is currently docked in Norway but due to its size it could be difficult for Norwegian Cruise Line to find suitable ports of call for the vessel.
