Where Is the Ovation of the Seas Cruise Ship Now?

The Ovation of the Seas is a Quantum-class cruise ship owned and operated by Royal Caribbean International. It was the fourth and final ship in the Quantum-class series, built by Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany. The Ovation of the Seas launched in April 2016 and has since been sailing to destinations around the world.

At 348 metres long, Ovation of the Seas is one of the world’s largest cruise ships. It can accommodate up to 4,905 passengers and 1,500 crew members.

It has 16 guest decks, with various cabins ranging from interior staterooms to luxurious suites with balconies. The ship also features a range of restaurants and bars, a theatre, casino and shopping mall. There are also 18 lounges, bars and nightclubs on board where passengers can relax or enjoy live entertainment.

Ovation of the Seas also offers a range of activities for passengers to enjoy including zip-lining over an onboard pool deck, rock climbing wall and skydiving simulator. There is also an outdoor movie screen for watching films under the stars, plus an indoor ice skating rink and FlowRider surf simulator for those looking for some adventure on board.

The Ovation of the Seas is currently sailing in Asia-Pacific waters after departing from Southampton last year on a world cruise heading eastward around Cape Horn before arriving in China at Shanghai’s Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal in April 2017. Since then it has been cruising to destinations such as Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam with itineraries ranging from three to nine nights long.
