The Disney Cruise Line has been around since 1998. It began with the launch of the first Disney cruise ship, the Disney Magic.

The Magic was designed to provide a luxurious, family-friendly vacation experience to guests of all ages. Since then, the fleet has grown to include five additional ships, each of which offers its own unique features and amenities.

The Magic was the first cruise ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet and was launched in 1998. It was built by Fincantieri in Italy, and is 877 feet long and 105 feet wide.

The Disney Magic has 13 decks and can accommodate up to 2,700 passengers. It has a total of 1,250 staterooms, which includes inside staterooms, oceanview staterooms and verandah (balcony) staterooms.

The Disney Magic boasts many amenities for guests to enjoy such as six themed restaurants including Animator’s Palate where guests can dine alongside their favorite characters. Guests can also take part in Broadway-style entertainment at the Walt Disney Theatre or relax at one of three adult-only pools located on board.

In addition to the original ship, the Disney Cruise Line fleet now includes five other ships: the Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, and Disney Oceaneer. The newest addition is the Wish which will be joining the fleet later this year.
