Who Won the Rolex Paris Masters?

The Rolex Paris Masters, one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments in the world, has recently concluded. The tournament took place at the AccorHotels Arena in Paris, France. Over the course of the week, we witnessed some of the best tennis players from around the world compete against each other for the title.

Quarterfinals

The quarterfinals saw some thrilling matches. Rafael Nadal had to withdraw from his match against Feliciano Lopez due to injury, which led to Lopez advancing to the semifinals. Novak Djokovic, on the other hand, defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in straight sets 6-1, 6-2.

Semifinals

In an intense semifinal match between Rafael Nadal and Denis Shapovalov, Nadal emerged victorious after a hard-fought battle that lasted three sets. On the other side of the draw, Djokovic continued his dominant run by defeating Grigor Dimitrov 7-6(5), 6-4.

Finals

In the finals of the Rolex Paris Masters, Novak Djokovic faced off against Rafael Nadal in what promised to be an epic showdown between two tennis greats. Both players had been playing extremely well throughout the tournament and were evenly matched going into the final.

The first set was a tight affair with both players holding serve until Djokovic broke Nadal’s serve at 5-4 to take the set 6-4. In the second set, Nadal fought back hard and managed to break Djokovic’s serve early on to take a 3-1 lead. However, Djokovic broke back immediately and went on to win five of the next six games to take the set 6-3 and with it, his fifth Paris Masters title.
