By Anna Duncan

Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL) currently has a policy that bans smoking on balconies on their cruise ships, as well as in all other guest staterooms and public areas. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and health of all passengers, crew members, and the general public. There are designated smoking areas outside the cruise ship for those who wish to smoke during their voyage.

The Norwegian Cruise Lines policy states that smoking is not allowed on balconies or in any other indoor areas of their ships. This includes all guest staterooms and public spaces such as restaurants, bars, lounges, showrooms, etc. Smoking is also prohibited in any areas where food or drinks are served.

There are designated smoking areas outside the ship which include both open-air decks and covered decks with ashtrays provided. These designated smoking areas are clearly labeled so that they can easily be identified by all passengers. NCL provides these designated smoking areas so that those who wish to smoke can do so without disrupting other guests or crew members.

NCL’s policy is designed to provide a safe and healthy environment for everyone onboard their cruise ships. It is important for everyone to follow this policy as it helps ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and safe voyage with Norwegian Cruise Lines.

In conclusion, you cannot smoke on Norwegian Cruise Ship Balconies or in any other indoor area of their cruise ships due to their strict no-smoking policy which is designed to ensure the safety and health of all passengers and crew members onboard the ship. There are designated open-air decks available for those who wish to smoke during their voyage which should be used instead of balconies or other indoor spaces onboard the ship.
