Who Jumped Off Carnival Cruise Ship?

On February 28, 2018, it was reported that a man had jumped off of a Carnival Cruise Ship in the Gulf of Mexico. The U.S. Coast Guard launched a search and rescue operation, but the man was never found.

The incident occurred on Carnival Cruise Line’s “Valor” ship, which was sailing from Cozumel to New Orleans at the time of the incident. According to reports, the man had been drinking heavily and was seen by other passengers jumping off of an upper deck balcony.

The U. Coast Guard launched a search and rescue mission shortly after being notified of the incident. The search spanned over 1,000 square miles and included two helicopters, two planes, and two boats from both the U. Coast Guard and Mexico’s Navy.

Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the man was never found and is presumed to have drowned in the Gulf of Mexico.

Conclusion

The identity of the man who jumped off Carnival Cruise Line’s ‘Valor’ ship remains unknown to this day. He is assumed to have drowned in the Gulf of Mexico after jumping off an upper deck balcony while under the influence of alcohol. Coast Guard carried out an extensive search and rescue operation but were unfortunately unable to locate him or return him safely back home.
